Open Question: I am aware this is the wrong section to post this but no one else will answer and I need help =[?
Am I in the wrong? I 'hate' (not really, just don't like her) this girl because she is devious, cunning and scheming. When we were friends she would always try and compete with me to be better, for example if we were both auditioning for a part in a school play - if I and another friend were auditioning I suppose it would be 'healthy' competition, fun and the 'best person wins' but with her it would be a big thing - going home to learn the lines to be better than the other and it was a bad competition that left the other feeling inadequate. Or if we were both applying for the same job it would be sneaky - SO much competition that not being biased, she started but I retaliated, we are sixteen by the way. Her and her family would lie and be deceitful for example when her parents divorced she didn't tell me but her and her sister kept making up excuses which I understand it must have been a hard time but how can you behave like that if we wee really 'friends'? And her family act the same deceitful and not to be trusted. I think because I have more 'material' things she is jealous and feels inferior and tries to compete to make her self seem better? I don't know! Like for example I used to be so naive, she obviously couldn't afford a home tutor during our exams but she made it seem as if she didn't want one and being naive and stupid I thought, oh yeah I don't want one either and I failed in the exam and she passed even though we revised together? I don't know, I am just asking peoples opinions. I don't talk to her and her family anymore - but just wondering who was in the wrong? I did benifit from the friendship, we had fun and laughed alot although we could hardly talk about anything serious as we diddn't really trust each other, also the competition made me to work harder and get the grades I got today and aim higher but still a lot of the time I felt so inadequate.
