Open Question: Is this a good routine for building muscle?
4 sets of 8-10 reps. Train abs on Monday & Thursday at the end of workout. *Monday: (Chest/Triceps) - Flat Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Flyes, Dumbbell Pullovers, Weighted Push-Ups, Lying Triceps Press, Triceps Pushdowns, Weighted Bench Dips *Tuesday: (Legs) - Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curls, Standing Calf Raises, Seated Calf Raises *Wednesday: Rest *Thursday: (Shoulders/Forearms) - Barbell Shoulder Press, Upright Rows, Side Lateral Raises, Arnold Dumbbell Press, Barbell Shrugs, Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls *Friday: (Back/Biceps) - Chin-Ups, Lat Pulldowns, Bent Over Rows, Deadlifts, Barbell Curls, Alternated Dumbbell Curls, Hammer Curls *Saturday: Rest *Sunday: Rest
Open Question: Whats wrong with my eyebrow piercing?
I had my eyebrow piercing done a week ago and my sister has slapped it a few times to piss me off and its all swolen and it really hurts. what should i do and what do i clean it with.... also how long do i have to wait to change it to a barbell because i dont like hoops? and everytime i try to turn it, it brakes the scab and it does really hurt when that happens because it pulls on that loose skin -_- and im pretty sure the piercer did it wrong because it seems like its to low on my eyebrow, it looks like its on my eyelid a bit? please help me -____- :) Its all red to!
