The standard size for belly ring is 14 gauge and 3/8″. The standard size for tongue bar is 14 gauge and 5/8″.
However there are many other sizes to fit your needs.
Gauge refers to the thickness of the jewelry. The smaller the gauge number the thicker the jewelry is.
